This quirky original style Icelandic tube, designed by Grímur Jónsson, is absolutely deadly at home and abroad. Fish these deep for best results from Russia early season (June) to the Helmsdale ( spring ) or Tweed (Autumn.)
The name of this particular Snaelda comes from the color choice in the tail which are similar to the colors of the Olis oil company in Iceland. Comes with a black brass conehead.
A popular variant when the river is in a bit greenish color.
